Because the demand for our assembly programs is so great and in order to maximize our performance schedule and appear at two schools each day, we request that all morning assemblies be scheduled as early as possible and afternoon assemblies as late as possible.
This helps us by allowing maximum travel time between schools. The length of the each assembly program is approximately 45 minutes.
Once an assembly date is selected, you will be sent our Assembly Agreement Form that you will fill out and send back to our office along with a 10% deposit of the total assembly cost. On the day of the program, the Team will arrive at your campus approximately one hour before the scheduled assembly(s). At that time, the Team will require access to the assembly location in order to set up their equipment and prepare for the program(s).

SPEND THE DAY WITH PRIMARY FOCUS!
From time to time we are asked to dedicate an entire day to one school. In addition to the Assembly Program(s), Team Members are available to interact with your students by visiting classrooms, participating in playground activities, meeting with honor students, etc. The cost to provide your school with these positive Role Models for an entire school day is $1,500. When scheduling, simply let us know of your interest in hosting a Primary Focus Team For A Day! |
