1. Cost:

• One assembly - $700 (per campus.)

• Second assembly only an additional - $50 (at same campus, back to back.)
(For districts that require background checks at the cost of the presenter, additional fees will be applied)

• For a third or forth assembly please contact our office for information

• 10% Deposit of total assembly cost

We ask that the 10% deposit be mailed with the Assembly Agreement Form we will provide to secure your assembly date. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your assembly(s). We ask that the balance of the assembly fee be made payable to PRIMARY FOCUS and be available to the Team on the day of the assembly(s). For your convenience, we also accept all major credit cards.

Note:
Most schools pay for their assembly programs through their PTA, community sponsorships, or school funds designated for this purpose. In addition, our program also qualifies to be underwritten from monies received through Drug, Alcohol or Tobacco Awareness Programs as provided by the federal and state government such as Title 1, Safe and Drug-Free Schools, Title IV, TUPE, Special Education, and many others.

2. Complimentary Breakfast/Lunch:

In order for us to keep our program at an affordable price and maintain our rigorous schedule of two schools and four assemblies each day, we ask that the host schools provide a complimentary breakfast or lunch for our eight Team members. Team members will be happy to dine with your students and eat whatever your school cafeteria is providing.

We ask that schools hosting morning assemblies provide breakfast and schools hosting afternoon assemblies provide lunch. We would greatly appreciate having adult portions provided. If preferred, an additional $50.00 can be added to the assembly fee and breakfast and/or lunch will be waived.

3. Facility:

• A facility for the assembly presentation; a gymnasium or “cafetorium” would be perfect

• 110 volt electrical source
